Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of BullSheeter, a software product operated by HastaRex Holdings LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("HastaRex", "we", "us"). By creating an account, starting a trial or subscribing, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any company you represent.

2. The service

BullSheeter converts uploaded spool sheet PDF drawings into structured data and spreadsheet exports intended for import into fabrication and estimating software such as FabPro. The service uses automated, AI-based extraction.

BullSheeter is a data-conversion tool. It is not engineering, design, code-compliance or fabrication review, and it does not replace the professional judgement of a qualified detailer, engineer or fabricator.

3. AI output must be reviewed

Automated extraction can be incomplete or incorrect. Every extraction, row, quantity, dimension and weld count must be reviewed by a competent person before it is used for procurement, cut lists, fabrication, installation or any other purpose.

You are solely responsible for verifying all output against the original drawings before fabrication. HastaRex Holdings LLC is not liable for fabrication errors, scrap, rework, delay, schedule impact, cost overrun, or any other loss arising from reliance on extracted data, whether or not the output was reviewed.

4. Accounts and subscriptions

BullSheeter Pro is offered at $99 per month or $990 per year, following a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial; the subscription begins automatically when the trial ends unless cancelled beforehand.

Each subscription includes up to 500 spool sheet pages processed per billing period. Usage resets at the start of each new billing period. Additional volume is available by contacting blain@hastarex.com.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel, update your payment method or download invoices at any time through the billing portal on your Account page. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the paid period. Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Your data and how we use it

"Customer Data" means the drawings and documents you upload and the data extracted from them. You assign to HastaRex all of your right, title and interest in Customer Data, and HastaRex owns it. HastaRex grants you a license to access, use and export your Customer Data through the service while your subscription is active. Inside the app, your extractions and batches are visible only to your account and to the application administrator.

For any Customer Data that cannot be assigned, including drawings owned by your customers, engineers or other third parties, you grant HastaRex a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable and sublicensable license to store, copy, process, analyze, modify, combine with other data, create derivative works from, and otherwise use Customer Data to provide and improve the service, develop new products and features, train and improve artificial intelligence and machine-learning models, create Derived Data, and market and commercialize HastaRex products and services.

HastaRex owns (a) information about how our apps and websites are used, including account activity, device, browser, log, page-view and feature-usage data ("Usage Data"), and (b) aggregated, de-identified or statistical data, insights, benchmarks, models and reports created from Customer Data or Usage Data ("Derived Data").

HastaRex may sell, license, share and otherwise commercialize Usage Data and Derived Data with third parties, including suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, contractors, lenders, insurers, researchers and data partners, for any lawful purpose. HastaRex may also share or sell Customer Data for commercial purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law, including any right an individual has to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information.

HastaRex may keep Customer Data, Usage Data and Derived Data after your subscription ends or your account is closed. Derived Data is not deleted on request; personal information is deleted where applicable law requires. This section survives termination of these terms.

You confirm that you have all rights, permissions and consents needed to upload the drawings you submit and grant this license, and that doing so does not breach any confidentiality obligation you owe to your customers or anyone else.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to resell or redistribute the service, attempt to access another account's data, reverse engineer the service, upload malicious files, or use the service in violation of applicable law.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may change as the product develops. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or fail to pay.

8. Warranty and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of output. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HastaRex Holdings LLC's total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or business interruption.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
