Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

BullSheeter is operated by HastaRex Holdings LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. You can reach us at blain@hastarex.com for any privacy question or request.

2. What we collect

Account information: your name, email address and authentication details.

Your content: the spool sheet PDFs you upload, the data extracted from them, and the batches and edits you create.

Billing information: your subscription status, billing period and page usage. Card details are handled by our payment processor, Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

Usage data: the pages and features you use, device, browser, IP address and log data, and information collected through cookies and similar technologies on our apps and websites.

3. How we use it

We use your information to provide the service — processing your drawings, storing your extractions, tracking monthly page usage, and managing your subscription. We also use it to respond to support requests and to keep the service secure.

We also use it to analyze, improve and develop our products, train and improve AI models, create aggregated and de-identified data, benchmarks and reports, market our services, and generate revenue from the data as described in our Terms of Service.

4. File privacy

Inside the app, uploaded spool PDFs, extractions and batches are visible only to your account and to the application administrator, so other BullSheeter users cannot see your drawings, job names or exports. Use of this data outside the app is described in sections 3 and 5.

5. Who we share and sell it to

We share data with providers that help us run the service: Stripe for subscription billing and payments, and cloud infrastructure and AI processing providers that host the application and convert your drawings into structured data.

We may also sell, license or share data, including aggregated and de-identified data and, subject to applicable law, other collected information, with third parties such as suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, contractors, lenders, insurers, researchers, advertising and data partners. Data may also be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

6. Retention and deletion

You can delete individual extractions from your History page at any time, which removes them from your account. We may keep collected information, including after an account is closed, for as long as it is useful for the purposes above, except where the law requires us to delete it. Aggregated and de-identified data is kept indefinitely.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, by emailing blain@hastarex.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" or "Privacy Request". We honor the rights that apply under the law where you live. Aggregated and de-identified data that no longer identifies you is not covered by these requests.

8. Security

We use access controls and encrypted connections to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password and contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page.
